(There are also other apps to expand the time exposure of your iPhone camera)<\/p>\n<p>On my last photo trip in the near of L\u00fcbeck I was a little bit bored and played around with this app.<br \/>\nIt is really amazing what you can do even without a tripod or gorilla pod only handholding the iPhone.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.olafbathke.de\/photography-blog\/files\/2011\/08\/iPhone-long-time-exposure-1-IMG_1443-copy.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1523\" src=\"https:\/\/www.olafbathke.de\/photography-blog\/files\/2011\/08\/iPhone-long-time-exposure-1-IMG_1443-copy.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"550\" height=\"550\" \/><\/a>2 sec time exposure done with the iPhone &#8211; handholding<\/p>\n<h3>The setting for time exposure with the iPhone<\/h3>\n<p>You can change a lot of things in the settings of \u201cslow shutter\u201d to get the right time exposure. The automatic modus works fine for me most of the time.<\/p>\n<p>To stabilize the exposure I lay my hand down on a stone or a tree and hold still for 1 or 2 seconds. <strong>Time exposure <\/strong>on your<strong> iPhone<\/strong> is tricky&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Look at the photos. They are the result of playing around but not far away from professional results.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.olafbathke.de\/photography-blog\/files\/2011\/08\/iPhone-long-time-exposure-2-IMG_1415-copy.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1524\" src=\"https:\/\/www.olafbathke.de\/photography-blog\/files\/2011\/08\/iPhone-long-time-exposure-2-IMG_1415-copy.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"550\" height=\"551\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Of course they are in JPG format and in terms of quality far away from my Canon RAW files.<\/p>\n<p>I did some retouching in <a href=\"http:\/\/itunes.apple.com\/de\/app\/filterstorm\/id363449020?mt=8\">Filterstorm<\/a>. Not much&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>So now I want to see, what you can do with your iPhone and an expanded shutterspeed.<\/p>\n<p>I shared this article on Google plus.
